Borrowing
125 The Foundation may borrow or raise or secure the payment of money on the credit of the Foundation from time to time as the board of
directors thinks fit to fulfil the objects of the Foundation and may for that purpose issue notes, bonds, debentures, debentures stock or
other evidences of indebtedness.
